Upon approval to telecommute, OSC employees may telecommute up to 5 days per pay period. Act as backup to Web Unit to perform simple Intranet postings in Joomla and OSCtv slide creation and posting in Papullo. Working with OSC staff, create new materials (posters, flyers, brochures, nametags, labels, logos, infographics, etc.) using design software for digital and print media. Merge nametags, certificates, mailings and other materials using Excel. Transmit electronic files to printers and see that files print properly. Laminate posters, cards, calendars and other materials as requested. Complete other finishing work as needed including cutting and binding. Act as a backup and assistant for high volume, confidential scanning function.
